SHIPPING POLICY

Because each item is made to order, processing times vary based on inventory and work load. Most items take between 1 - 2 weeks processing, but we strive to beat expectations and ship quicker.

Please note that for international orders, all duties, tariffs, taxes, fees, and import costs are paid by buyer at time of pickup and not seller.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds or exchanges are only offered on items that arrive damaged or are incorrect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size or personal preference.

We strive to provide detailed descriptions and accurate product photos. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work it out.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy as seriously as we take our own. We partner with companies that adhere to international privacy guidelines and never maintain your personal information for longer than needed for payment processing.
